Quick Cash Loans: $100 to $1,500 by Direct Deposit, Often Within One Business Day

Quick cash loans through LoanQuickly are decided in minutes on a 60-second read-only bank check and paid by direct deposit, often the same business day for weekday morning applications. Every offer is capped by the federal 35% APR ceiling and shows the total cost in writing before you sign.

The short answer

  • Amount: $100 to $1,500 on one application, sized to the pay deposits the lender can see.
  • Cost: at the 35% APR ceiling, $300 over three months costs $17.67, $800 over six months $83.60 and $1,500 over twelve months $299.25. A licensed short-term loan at $14 per $100 costs $70 for two weeks on $500.
  • Time: about 15 minutes to apply and verify income; the cash lands by direct deposit, often the same business day if you sign before noon on a weekday, usually the next business day otherwise.
  • Who qualifies: adults (18 or 19, by province) with full-time or part-time employment income paid into a Canadian bank account. All credit is considered.

Quick cash loans are small online instalment loans of $100 to $1,500, decided in minutes on a read-only bank check of your pay deposits and paid straight into your bank account by direct deposit. LoanQuickly matches working Canadians with licensed lenders free of charge; the lender’s written offer shows the APR, every payment date and the total cost before you sign.

When does the cash from quick cash loans actually land?

The cash from quick cash loans lands by direct deposit, often the same business day when you sign before noon on a weekday, and usually the next business day when you sign in the afternoon, in the evening, on a weekend or on a bank holiday. The clock has three parts: the lender’s review, which runs in business hours; your e-signature; and the payment system, which settles deposits Monday to Friday except statutory holidays.

You sign (your local time)Lender reviewCash usually lands
Weekday, before noonOffer within minutes, review the same morningOften the same business day, by the evening
Weekday, noon to 3 pmSame afternoonSame business day or the next business morning
Weekday, after 3 pmSame afternoon or the next morningUsually the next business day
Friday after 3 pm, Saturday or SundayMonday morningUsually Monday, sometimes Tuesday
Bank holidayThe next business morningUsually the business day after the holiday

Two rails carry the money. Most lenders in the network pay by direct deposit (an electronic funds transfer to the account you verified), which settles in the payment system’s business-day windows. Some pay by Interac transfer, which can land within minutes of release; if your lender does, switch on Autodeposit in your banking app so the money does not sit waiting on a security question. Either way the lender releases the funds only after it has your signed agreement.

Bank closure days left in 2026

Payments Canada runs its systems Monday to Friday except statutory holidays, and payroll deposits follow the same calendar. On these days no deposit settles and no debit runs, so a loan signed the day before lands the next business day, and a repayment due on one of them needs a date your agreement spells out.

HolidayPayment system closedWhat it means for your cash
ThanksgivingMonday, October 12Sign Friday, October 9 after 3 pm and the deposit usually lands Tuesday, October 13
Remembrance DayWednesday, November 11Closed even in provinces where it is a working day
Christmas DayFriday, December 25Sign by noon on Thursday, December 24 to be paid before the long weekend
Boxing DayMonday, December 28 (the holiday falls on Saturday, December 26)Four days with no deposits, Friday to Monday; the next window is Tuesday, December 29

Family Day and the August civic holiday are not closure days. Payments Canada had not posted its 2027 schedule when we checked on October 10, 2026.

Deposit window tool: pick your day and time

Choose the day and the hour you expect to sign, tick the box if it is a bank holiday, and the tool shows the window the cash usually lands in. It applies the table above, nothing more: your lender’s confirmation email gives the actual release time.

Friday at 10 am: the lender usually reviews the file within minutes and the cash often lands the same business day, by Friday evening.

Typical windows for direct deposit. Interac transfers can be quicker once released. Your lender’s confirmation email gives the actual time.

How much do quick cash loans cost?

Quick cash loans cost no more than 35% APR, the ceiling set by section 347 of the Criminal Code since January 1, 2025, and the dollar cost depends on the amount and on how many monthly payments you take. The table prices the four amounts people ask for most at that ceiling; a disclosed offer can only be equal or lower, never higher.

Amount at the 35% ceiling3 monthly payments6 monthly payments12 monthly payments
$300$105.89 a month, $17.67 interest$55.22 a month, $31.35 interest$29.99 a month, $59.85 interest
$500$176.48 a month, $29.44 interest$92.04 a month, $52.25 interest$49.98 a month, $99.75 interest
$800$282.37 a month, $47.11 interest$147.27 a month, $83.60 interest$79.97 a month, $159.60 interest
$1,500$529.44 a month, $88.31 interest$276.12 a month, $156.75 interest$149.94 a month, $299.25 interest

The rows are standard amortization at 34.99%, each payment part interest and part principal, computed on October 10, 2026. Two things to read from them: the term moves the cost far more than the rate (twelve payments on $800 cost $112 more than three), and a licensed short-term loan priced at the $14 per $100 cap costs $70 on $500 for two weeks, which is more than three months of an instalment loan at the ceiling. The quick $500 loan page has every term from 14 days to 12 months with a calculator, and the quick loans Canada page prices the same $500 as an overdraft, a card advance and a pay advance.

Who qualifies for quick cash loans, and what payment fits your pay?

Quick cash loans through this network are written for adults with full-time or part-time employment income paid into a Canadian bank account, and the lender decides on those deposits rather than on your credit score. Three things are checked:

  • Employment income: wages from a full-time or part-time job, landing on regular dates. Benefit income and self-employment income are outside this network.
  • A Canadian bank account in your name: about 90 days of history for the read-only check, and it is where the cash lands.
  • Age of majority in your province: 18 in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and PEI; 19 in British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and the three territories.

The payment has to fit as well. A working rule is that one payment should stay under about 15% of the take-home pay it comes out of; the lender reads the same deposits and will size the offer to them.

Amount, six monthly payments at the ceilingEach paymentMonthly take-home that carries it at the 15% line
$300$55.22About $368
$500$92.04About $614
$800$147.27About $982
$1,500$276.12About $1,841

First-time borrowers are usually approved for less than $1,500; the top of the range opens after one loan is repaid on time. Two things help more than anything: three months of steady pay deposits and no returned payments in that time. Two things hurt: a small loan already open this month, and an account that keeps dipping below zero.

How do you get quick cash loans in 15 minutes?

You get quick cash loans by filling in one short form, letting the lender read your pay deposits through a 60-second read-only bank check, reading the written offer and signing. Through LoanQuickly the whole thing takes about 15 minutes of your time, and the earlier in a business day you finish, the sooner the cash lands.

  1. Fill in the form (about 5 minutes): the amount, your employer, your pay dates and your monthly costs. Nothing on the form touches your credit score.
  2. Get matched (a few minutes): we pass your file to licensed lenders that write $100 to $1,500. Matching is free; the lender pays us, you pay nothing.
  3. Verify your income (about 60 seconds): the lender sends a secure read-only link to your online banking (IBV) to confirm your pay deposits. Nothing can be moved and no password is stored.
  4. Read the offer (2 to 3 minutes): the amount, the APR, each payment with its date and the total repaid. Check the payment dates against your pay dates before you sign.
  5. Sign and watch for the deposit: the cash goes to the account you verified by direct deposit, often the same business day for a morning signature and usually the next business day otherwise.

How does a quick cash loan compare on time to cash?

A quick cash loan is the quickest route that does not need credit you already hold: an overdraft or a card advance is immediate only if the room is already there, a pay advance waits for the next payroll run, and a credit union loan takes a few business days. The table compares time to cash only; what each route costs on the same $500 is on the quick loans Canada page.

Can you get quick cash loans with bad credit?

Yes, in most cases: the lenders in this network decide on the pay deposits they can see in the read-only bank check, so steady income and no recent bounced payments weigh more than a score. Some lenders run a credit check when you accept their offer, and the offer says so before you sign. Approval is never promised to anyone. Our page on bad credit quick loans goes through each factor the bank check reads and what to fix before you reapply.

Which quick cash offers should you walk away from?

Walk away from any quick cash offer that asks for a fee before the money arrives, promises approval before checking anything, or asks you to pay with a gift card, prepaid card or crypto. A licensed lender takes its cost out of the repayment and shows it in writing first.

  • An upfront fee: "insurance" or "processing" charged before the cash arrives is the most common small-loan scam.
  • A yes before any check: every real lender verifies income. An ad that says everyone is approved is selling something else.
  • No cost in dollars: the offer must show the total cost, the APR and the payment dates. If one is missing, do not sign.
  • A cost above the ceiling: more than 35% APR, outside a licensed $14 per $100 loan, is a criminal rate anywhere in Canada.
  • A request for your banking password by email or phone: the read-only check runs on a secure page where you log in yourself; nobody at a lender ever needs the password.

Report anything that feels wrong to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre. LoanQuickly never charges you a fee. If a payment is ever going to miss, call the lender before the debit runs: a bounced payment adds a bank NSF fee, capped at $10 at federally regulated banks since March 12, 2026, plus the lender's own returned-payment fee, and the call is cheaper than the miss.

Where are quick cash loans available?

Quick cash loans through LoanQuickly are available in all ten provinces and the three territories, under the same 35% APR ceiling everywhere. What changes by province is the age you must be to sign (18 or 19), whether short-term loans at the $14 per $100 cap are licensed there, and whether lenders charging high-cost rates need an extra licence; in Quebec the $14 per $100 product is not offered, so every loan there is priced under the ceiling. The full province table, with the licence rules and the ages, is on the quick $500 loan page, and the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada explains how short-term loan costs compare.

Frequently asked questions about quick cash loans

How quickly do quick cash loans actually pay out?

About 15 minutes to apply and verify your income, then the cash lands by direct deposit, often the same business day if you sign before noon on a weekday and usually the next business day otherwise. Weekend and holiday signatures are reviewed the next business morning.

Can I get the cash on a Saturday?

Rarely. Lenders review files in business hours and the payment system settles deposits Monday to Friday, so a file signed on Saturday is usually reviewed Monday morning and paid that day or Tuesday. Sign by noon on Friday to be paid before the weekend.

How much do quick cash loans cost?

No more than 35% APR. At that ceiling $300 over three months costs $17.67 in interest, $800 over six months costs $83.60 and $1,500 over twelve months costs $299.25. Your lender's written offer may be lower and shows the exact total before you sign.

Do quick cash loans need a credit check?

Applying and the read-only bank check do not touch your credit score. Some lenders run a credit check when you accept their offer, and the offer tells you before you sign. Decisions rest mainly on your pay deposits.

What income do I need?

Full-time or part-time employment income paid into a Canadian bank account for about 90 days. At the 15% line, six payments of $92.04 on $500 fit a monthly take-home of about $614, and six payments of $147.27 on $800 fit about $982.

Is there a fee to apply?

No. Applying through LoanQuickly is free and you are never obliged to accept an offer. The only cost is the interest in the agreement you choose to sign.

Can I repay quick cash loans early?

Yes. Lenders in this network allow early repayment without a penalty, and paying early cuts the interest because it is charged on the balance you still owe. The prepayment terms are in the agreement before you sign.

What is the difference between a quick cash loan and a cash advance?

A quick cash loan is an instalment loan repaid over one to twelve months under the 35% APR ceiling. A cash advance on a credit card charges interest from the day you take it, and a short-term loan tied to one payday is repaid in full from the next cheque at up to $14 per $100.

LoanQuickly is a free loan-matching service, not a lender. Licensed Canadian lenders set their own rates, never above the federal 35% APR cap, and disclose the total cost of borrowing before you accept. Approval is never promised.
