Effective date: July 13, 2026

These terms of use govern loanquickly.ca. Using the site means you accept them — they’re short and worth the two minutes.

What These Terms of Use Cover

LoanQuickly is a loan-connection service and financial information publisher. We are not a lender, broker of record, or financial advisor. When you apply through this site, your application is processed by our lending network partner and matched with licensed Canadian lenders who make all credit decisions and set all terms.

No Guarantee of Approval or Terms

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, any particular amount, rate, or funding time. Network rates range from 9.99% to 34.99% APR — never above Canada’s federal 35% criminal interest rate cap — and your actual offer depends on the lender’s review of your application. Timelines we publish (“2 minutes to apply”, “funding often within one business day”) are typical experiences, not promises.

Information, Not Advice

Our guides and cost tables are general financial information written for Canadian audiences. They are not personalized financial advice; consider your own situation, and where the stakes are high, talk to a licensed professional. Cost figures on our pages are illustrations — the written offer from your lender always governs.

Open prairie horizon - terms of use written in plain language
Plain language, no fine-print ambush — that’s the standard for every section below.

Eligibility

The service is intended for Canadian residents at or above the age of majority in their province or territory, with full-time or part-time employment income and a Canadian bank account.

Acceptable Use

Don’t misuse the site: no false applications, no scraping at abusive volumes, no attempting to breach security, no reposting our content as your own.

Content Ownership

The guides, cost tables, and page copy on loanquickly.ca are our original work. You’re welcome to quote brief excerpts with a link back; wholesale republication isn’t permitted under these terms of use. The LoanQuickly name and logo are our marks.

Third-Party Links

We link to government resources (FCAC, provincial regulators) and our lending network partner. Those sites have their own terms and policies; we’re not responsible for their content. Our own key pages — apply, privacy policy, and about — sit under these same terms of use.

Timelines and Examples Are Illustrations

Published timelines (“2 minutes to apply”, “60 seconds for IBV”, “funding often within one business day”) describe typical experiences across the network; your own experience depends on when you apply, your bank, and the reviewing lender. Cost tables and repayment examples on our pages are illustrations at stated APRs — the written offer from your lender is the only document that governs your loan, including its payment schedule, prepayment rules, and total cost of borrowing. Where this document and a lender’s loan agreement cover the same ground, the loan agreement wins for the loan; this document wins for the website. If a page and this document ever appear to conflict, this document is the current word until the page is corrected.

Governing Law

These terms of use are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which you reside. Nothing here overrides mandatory provincial consumer protection rules — those apply to you automatically, no matter what any website says.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoanQuickly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the protections described by the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada.

Reading the terms of use before applying for a loan online
Two minutes reading the terms of use beats any surprise later — same rule as loan agreements.

Service Availability

We aim to keep loanquickly.ca available around the clock, but websites have maintenance windows and outages, and the lending network’s application system is operated by a third party. Temporary unavailability of either is not a breach of these terms of use. If the application is down when you need it, it’s worth trying again within the hour — outages in this stack are typically short.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms of use is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and LoanQuickly regarding the website — they don’t modify, and can’t be modified by, any loan agreement you sign with a lender.

Reviewing loan documents and terms of use with a budget planner
The document that governs your loan is the lender’s agreement — these terms govern the website.

Changes to These Terms of Use

We may update these terms of use; the effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
